Role Overview

As the Head of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations at AccuRanker, you will lead our marketing efforts to drive demand, generate leads, and significantly impact our revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will build the marketing function from the ground up, pioneer the development and execution of our demand generation strategy, manage a talented team of marketing professionals, and ensure our marketing goals align perfectly with our business objectives. Crucially, you will significantly impact creating and shaping the future marketing team, establishing foundational strategies and processes to drive the department’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with the company's growth targets.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms to maximise ROI and drive qualified traffic.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Enhance user experience and conversion rates through meticulous landing page optimisation.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize HubSpot to automate marketing processes, manage leads, and track the effectiveness of different campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to refine strategies and report on results to senior stakeholders continually.
  • Team Development: Play a crucial role in building and mentoring the marketing team, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing. SAAS experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on lead generation and demand generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • High proficiency in managing large-scale paid media campaigns and optimising landing pages.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experienced in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret vast amounts of data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and growing marketing teams.
