Head of Customer Success

As AccuRanker continues to grow and onboard more enterprise customers, we are looking for a highly experienced Head of Customer Success to lead and scale our customer success initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our platform through structured onboarding, proactive account management, and ongoing success programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise onboarding: Design and implement standardized, proactive onboarding processes with clearly defined timelines, regular check-ins, and structured knowledge sharing to build stronger relationships with key accounts.
  • Customer growth and expansion: Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our existing customer base, ensuring long-term retention and growth.
  • Help Center integration: Lead the integration of our Help Center directly into the app, providing contextual, in-app assistance based on customer activity and setup.
  • Agency Excellence Program: Develop and execute the AccuRanker Agency Excellence program, focusing on helping agencies standardize reporting, optimize workflows, and generate measurable value for their clients.
  • AI and support innovation: Implement AI-driven solutions for fast resolution of simple support requests, freeing up the team to focus on high-value engagements.
  • Knowledge sharing and enablement: Organize webinars, training sessions, and product release updates to ensure customers are always informed and empowered.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in building and scaling Customer Success SOPs that consistently drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Strong background in enterprise customer success management and key account handling.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for building long-term customer relationships and delivering measurable results.
