RevOps Assistant

About the Position
We are looking for a structured, service-minded, and detail-oriented RevOps Assistant to join AccuRanker and work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is central to supporting the commercial organization and ensuring that execution, processes, and data run smoothly across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
As RevOps Assistant, you will be a trusted operational partner to the CRO, helping turn plans into execution, removing friction from daily workflows, and supporting both strategic and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, optimizing processes, and enabling others to perform at their best in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a close operational support to the CRO, assisting with planning, execution, and follow-up across commercial initiatives.
- Optimize, document, and streamline workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Build and maintain automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Support planning and execution of conferences, events, and business travel for the commercial team.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the commercial organization and leadership.
- Provide hands-on support to the sales team to remove blockers and improve day-to-day execution.
- Ensure high data hygiene standards in CRM and related systems.
- Create and maintain reporting on revenue, pipeline, performance, and operational metrics.
- Assist with billing processes, invoicing, and coordination with finance.
- Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve internal processes to support scalable growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a support, operations, or coordination role (e.g. RevOps Assistant, Sales Ops, Business Ops, Executive Assistant, or similar).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Strong service-minded attitude with a proactive “how can I unblock you?” mindset.
- Able to work closely with senior leadership and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Confident working with data, reports, and structured analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
