Google Results About

When you search for a specific entity, a person, brand, place, or organization, Google will sometimes show a small box suggesting a related search. This is the “Results About” SERP feature.

Where it appears depends on the device you are using. On desktop, it shows up on the right-hand side of the page, below the knowledge panel if one is present. On mobile, it appears at the bottom of the page.

Clicking the link takes you to a completely new results page for the related keyword.
