It may occur that when trying to download reports, the loading screen keeps running and your report doesn't download. 

First of all make sure you wait at least 5-10 minutes, depending how much data you are trying to download at once. 

If the report still doesn't download, you can try the 2 following solutions;

Solution 1: Refresh the page / Restart the browser. 

Simply refresh the AccuRanker page or restart your browser entirely. If this doesn't work you might want to try on a different browser.

Solution 2: Go to "Generated reports".

Visit the "Generated reports" page to download your report. 

If none of this helps, write to our Customer Success team and they will diagnose the problem.
