Cannot Access Account Settings

Accounts with a subscription of 1000 keywords or more can add an unlimited number of users to their account. When adding a user, you can make them an “Admin”.

If you cannot access Account Settings, check whether your user is set up as an Admin or Standard user.

What Is the Difference between an Admin and Standard User?

Admin users can access the account settings. Standard users cannot.

This is the only difference between the two user roles.

How to Change a User from Standard to Admin

1. Go to Account in the sidebar.
2. Select Users.
3. Find the relevant user and click the edit icon in the right-hand side.
4. Change the User role to Admin depending on the permissions you want them to have.
5. Click Save.
