Google Reviews
SERP FeaturesWhat are Reviews on Google?
Reviews are the star ratings that appear directly in the SERP, and they are often displayed for products, recipes, and other items. The rating shown is usually an average pulled from review websites.
A result with a visible star rating stands out from a plain listing. Users can see at a glance that others have used and rated the website, which helps build trust and can thus drive more clicks.
